Eastview Estate is also the home of Restaurant PINOT, a stylish, sophisticated and relaxed dining experience featuring the very best local produce presented in innovative ways by chef Lyn Dobson. Eastview Estate has a purpose built, state of the art winery, to produce its range of wines and is one of only three vineyards in the New England hand crafting their wines on site. We also craft brew our eight all grain beers on site. We were the first Brewery and Distillery in the New England…. Set in the beautiful Kentucky countryside, Eastview Estate is blessed with extremely good terroir, comparable with Burgundy, it lies at the confluence of the continental and maritime weather patterns, which makes it ideal for the production of premium wines. Eastview Estates altitude assure its cool climate credentials and produce wines of great delicacy, with a fine balance of fruit and acidity.
